We understand the importance in investing in the right tools in order to perform successful and efficient repairs. The proper tools and equipment are essential. We keep each technician stocked with the most up-to-date tools and perfectly conditioned equipment that may be required to perform diagnostics, maintenance or specialty repairs. 

We have our own fully stocked warehouse with all types and brands of appliances. All of our parts are genuine OEM replacement parts. We typically keep all major parts in stock and many other minor or specialty parts. We do offer limited part purchasing depending on our inventory for that specific part. We keep all of our trucks fully stocked with commonly failed appliance parts by using an inventory management software. This software generates a list of parts installed over that last 6 months to a year and gives us the ability to determine which parts are used most and how often they're used. This well-executed truck stock plan has proven to be very successful and highly beneficial to our customers due to our ability to provide the quickest appliance repair service. In order for this plan to work at its fullest potential, it is very important for our customers to give out the correct model and serial numbers in order for our technicians to bring the necessary parts specific to the unit being repaired.  

Our service call fee is based off of location and will cover the full diagnostic of your unit and all return trips to your home. Our technician will write up an official diagnostic of your unit which will include exactly what's wrong with the unit, what's needed to repair the issue and any parts needed for the repair. Specific part numbers and pricing will also be provided. This fee is non-refundable and does not go towards your repair due to our extremely competitive labor pricing. 

Labor rates are determined once a diagnostic is completed on the unit. Our technicians will basically write up an official quote for the parts required for the repair and for the labor to install those parts. We don't charge any hourly rates for labor, it will just be a flat rate price based off of the repair. Our pricing scale sets us aside from most repair companies and gives us the ability to offer extremely competitive pricing. These rates can range as low as $25.00 and as high as $550.00. This is typically determined by the type of product, brand, location of the product and severity of the issue. We understand that every situation is different and we do our best to offer the lowest pricing possible. 

We have many different distributors for for all different products and brands but we frequently use Marcone Supply. They are the largest authorized appliance parts distributor in the world. They are authorized through most major manufacturers such as, Whirlpool, Electrolux, General Electric, Maytag, Bosch, Samsung, LG and many more. They offer the largest inventory of Original Replacement Parts in the country for household appliances as well as the Installation, Accessory and Maintenance Essentials. 

If your appliance fails due to reasons related to the original repair, we will replace any parts that fail due to defects in materials, workmanship, and perform any additional labor free of charge.

We back all of our work with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Our service call fee holds a (30) day satisfaction guarantee and repairs hold a (90) day satisfaction guarantee for parts and labor. Major repairs such as compressors, typically hold a (6) month satisfaction guarantee for parts and labor. Part warranties are promised thru the manufacturer or the distributor and the warranty can vary depending on the part. If you experience any repair or part failures, notify us by phone or email immediately. Please allow 24-48 hours for a Service Manager to research your repair to determine if any additional parts are needed and what your warranty coverage will be. If the unit needs an additional part, we will order it before rescheduling your appointment.
